This dry wine pairs with fresh fruit, stinky cheeses and hot and spicy foods.

Shiraz Rosé $15.00
The inviting citrus aromas mingle beautifully with some bing cherry fruit that spill from the glass. Some grapefruit flavor becomes apparent on the palate intermingled with an array of citrus fruits. The crisp acidity doesn’t overwhelm the long lush finish. A wonderful warm weather sipper, however, it can stand up to a meal very comfortably.
Shiraz $22.00
This wine has a deep vibrant hue, red and violet in color. The aroma is bursting with white pepper, mint, cardamom, and earl grey tealeaf. The aroma is reminiscent of a “spice rack”. Red fruit abounds from the glass with dark plums, some bing cherry and peppery notes. It finishes with soft mouth filling tannins with hints of vanilla.
Red $20.00
This blend of four Bordeaux varieties including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon mingles lush fruit forward flavors and full-bodied ‘fine’ tannin. Big and bold with moderate alcohol not to overwhelm the palate. Black cherry, dark plums and wild blueberry fruit are apparent on the nose. All flow onto the palate with a hint of menthol coming through. A full mid-palate of tannins, some spicy flavors abound although the wine is a little “angular” right now. It will benefit from being paired with a juicy steak to compliment the tannins. It will soften beautifully with cellar age.
Pinot Grigio $15.00
This Pinot Grigio was made entirely in stainless steel, with no malo-lactic secondary fermentation and no barrel aging to accentuate the vibrant varietal fruit aromas/flavor and to retain substantial crisp acidity. It was blended with 5% Riesling which adds additional aromatics and acidity to the wine. Pale straw yellow in color, inviting lemon zest aromas mingle beautifully with other citrus fruits. Some pear flavors become apparent on the palate mixed with a hint of grapefruit. The bright, crisp acidity doesn’t overwhelm the long lush finish.
Dry Riesling $15.00
This Riesling is made entirely in stainless steel and fermented cool (62 F) to accentuate the ‘minerality’, no malo-lactic secondary fermentation and bottled early to retain a zingy vibrant acidity. It is blended with 3% Gewurtraminer to add aromatics and richness to the wine. Light yellow in color, hints of floral carnation petals, white peach and red delicious apple abound from the glass. Lush tropical fruit mingles wonderfully with the zingy mid palate acidity. It’s an excellent sipping wine and a perfect complement to shellfish and seafood.
